What are you missing?

Do you feel like life is just kind of passing you by? Do you feel like something is missing? Many people think that they can only take it easy and enjoy life when they become wealthy.  Of course this isn’t true. There are many things that we can do every day to enjoy life and they will not cost a penny. The key to enjoying life is to take a look at what makes you happy and to look back at earlier times and reflect on what made you happy then. These things are probably basic and simple and taken for granted by us every day.

Here are just a few things to consider:
  • Get together with old friends – go visit old friends. Spend a day with them and catch up on what has been going on in their lives. If you’re not able to travel, call them up on the telephone. A voice from the past can be a great feeling.
  • Go to the movies occasionally – I certainly don’t recommend going to the movies every week but going once a month or every two months can be a special treat for you or you and the family. It’s a little special quality time.
  • Read a book – spend a day just reading in a room alone. Just relax and enjoy it.
  • Be an amateur photographer – you don’t have to be Ansel Adams to enjoy photography. Just grab your camera and hit the door. Find a nice scenic area or just go for a walk in the park. It’s up to you.
  • Play a game with your family – this can be a huge amount of fun and the skies the limit. Play and old board game, or a yard game, even though I don’t recommend most video games as “quality family time”, the Wii and Xbox 360 Kinects can really be fun for the whole family because it requires interaction and movement.
  • Go for a walk in the country with your family – so relaxing and peaceful in the country. Some of my best ideas come from just a leisurely stroll.

Well that’s just a few ideas. I plan to expand this into a full article later that will be published to my website (www.yourfitbody.net), on a later date and to other online publications. So for now, just relax and enjoy life.

Product Review - Food Matters

As everybody knows, when it comes to fitness I look in all directions. I look for things that will not only help me and my family but anyone else who wants to benefit from it.  A couple of months ago while relaxing in bed, we decided to watch a movie on Netflix. While we browsed we came upon a documentary called "FoodMatters". Little did we know it would forever changed the way we looked at health.

Product Review - Fit Freeze (Re-Write)

Hey Everyone!!!

I just thought I would do a quick post to let everyone know I did a re-write of my Fit Freeze review from several months ago. I added more detail so hopefully it will be a little more helpful to those who are looking at possible purchasing the product in the future. I make nothing off of Fit Freeze and am in NO WAY affiliated with them. It's just my opinion of a product on the market.
